Shipment Status Guide
Pending: Your shipment is registered with us and being prepared for departure.
In Transit: Your cargo has departed and is moving toward its destination.
Arrived: Your cargo has reached the destination and is being prepared for final delivery.
Delivered: Your cargo has been delivered to the receiver.
Our operations team updates the status as your shipment moves, and the last update time shows when the status last changed. The estimated arrival may shift with carrier schedules or customs inspections.
